Our Story
In 2019, we started as a community of change makers with the goal to enable more womxn to be at the top of the table and create a sustainable future & combat climate change.
The initiative was originally created to support womxn in the EIT Climate-KIC accelerator programs back in 2019.
Since then, we have been holding regular events to connect & support womxn in green tech & social impact entrepreneurship & grown a large network of womxn from across the world.
In 2024, the network has developed into a large network of womxn across the globe to enable diverse leadership to thrive in the Climate Innovation ecosystem.
Time for ACTIONS not WORDS!
We believe that gender parity in leaderships is key to successful climate action. With this initiative we want to enable more inclusiveness and enable more women to enter the field of climate tech & innovation. We want to bring men and women at the table to break down barriers, create opportunities & solve problems together.
We work across all industry Silos & enable access to people, investment & tools for women in this space that are not available today. We will leverage the potential of other similar networks to collaborate, elevate & enable global change.
Relationships & access are important for under-represented groups to succeed in these critical new industries & have significant impact on how successful humanity is in creating a more sustainable future for life on earth!
